4 games vs Rockies. Solid offense for this guys but that thin air in Rocky Top destroys their pitching. MGR/RF Tom McCain is having a heck of a season.

Good week. 6-1. I am a bit concerned with how prroly Kline has played and he has been demoted to 9th hitter vs LHP & RHP. Jones has some speed but is mostly there just for her OBP. Parker has a .356 OBP vs LHP and will take over as lead there also. We finally took over 1st place from Corvair. Hopefully we can extend our lead soon. I am a bit concerned with the high amount of errors we have committed this week. We have had several games of 3+ errors. They tend to be fluke errors but i am still concerned about it.

After having a career year last season, Tom is having a terrible year this year. while he is hitting lefties at .227 he is only hitting RHP at .190. some question if Tom has anything to contribute to the T-birds this season. He is the team Captain.

3 games @ Steel Mill. not many good things to say about them. This will be a homecoming for Benji Packer, who will probably get booed for not wanting to play with Steel Mill (More on that later on). This is our 1st meeting with the Colts this season.

We lost the final game vs Rocky Top and won the 1st game vs Steel Mill to end May. Solid month overall for us. The rookies Burke, Packer & Peabody have proven that they are legit and Burke & Peabody are among the best hitters in the National League. The rotation has been great. Pen is a bit of a concern in Turley & Trapp but neither has that many IP. I need Kline to start hitting better and getting on base. Wonder how much longer i will be able to keep Juan San Antonio, Ray Maracle, The Mclean brothers & Ty Millatone at AAA. They are all killing it.
Peabody hit .436 in May while backup C Bair hit just .188. Proctor went 6-0 while CL Trapp had a 9.45 ERA.
June's schedule looks to be fair but we will have some major series vs Glenbard, Paradise City & Corvair. The rest of the month should be relatively easy. I could see us going 22-6.

The fielding for us has been good but struggled the last week or so.

Close races in all but the American League East where Endor City might just be too far behind. while Ford has taken over in the NL East, Corvair looks to not be going away anytime soon. Glenbard is trying to fend off Brandywine & Paradise City. Isotopes have a slim lead over Red Devils.
Kevie Oko has the lead for the AL Triple Crown, while Doug Didich & R.P. McMurphy are battling for the NL Triple Crown. Screwball is striking out everyone it seems.

White Sox & Mets continue their dominate ways. Yankees are trying to fend off Baltimore. Brewers & Giants are tied in the AL West.

Minotaurs and TIE Fighters lead the LS & DS for the 1st time at the end of May. As always the Wild Card races are far from over.

How Acq: # 7 pick in the 2003 amateur draft.
Jim was born on the small backwater planet Satornal, although he grew up on Coruscant & Earth. Jim's father was a Captain in the Imperial Army and was KIA in the Battle of Endor. Jim discovered baseball while traveling the Galaxy with his mother & uncle who were fleeing the fledgling New Republic. They settling down in Atlanta, GA, EA in 1998 and Jim quickly discovered baseball while in high school. Following high school Jim tried out for the EBl draft pool in 2002 and was sent to the development league in 2003 where he went 6-1 1.23 in 75 IP. 6 teams passed on him because of his lack of experience.
After being drafted by Glenbard, Jim quickly proved that he belonged in the EBL. Jim has been among the best pitchers in the EBL along with teammate Bob Bellias. Jim recently become teh 1st eBl piutcher to win 400 games despite starting one season after Bob Bellias & John Williams who trail Jim in Wins 388 & 383.

4 games vs Knights. they were playing decent prior to the last time we played them. losing Jaina Solo for the season is going to hurt them. They have other misc injuries that will hurt them also. We are 3-1 vs them.

4-1 to start June. While Toni Jones average has dropped, she still has a .354 OBP vs RHP. Kline is now batting .271 .310 OBP vs RHP, so batting 9th has helped him.

How Acq: Trade with Willowbrook 11/27/19 for CL Francisco Morales & SP Gerardo Sanchez.

John is enjoying his best season so far in the EBL. He signed a contract keeping him in a T-Birds uniform thru 2023 last season. He is the teams practical joker on the team. From lighting teammates shoestrings on fire to putting gum & a cap on their cap in the dugout.
