I'm looking for fictional names though... the only real city I have on my list right now is Trenton, and at the moment of putting it on my list I didn't know it was a real city

My favorite city names are Antananarivo, Ouagadougou and Mbabane --- all capitals in Africa.

Ogdenville, Shelbyville, and North Haberbrooke are all fictional cities - Doesn't anybody here get the reference?!

Also "Van" or "Des" before a city name makes it hilarious such as "Van Schlochdenstein" or "Des Steve"

Des is French. It means something like "of" or "from".

And yes I get the reference... but isn't there a Simpsons league sitting around somewhere already?

Don't know if this will help, but I'm currently running a solitaire league in which I have 24 ficticious cities, all created from my wiffle ball league I played when I was a kid. (Knew that would have some value someday.)

Anyway, a lot of these probably suck, but here are the teams in that league:
