I would think the game would sell better, both to previous owners as well as to newer, if the 2D engine is improved.


if a non-owner looks at OOTP's site, first as the baseball game, and then at the hockey game, they will notice the screenshots are a night/day difference, and probably might push them towards a non-buy.


so it would be in the best interests of the FHM devs to concentrate on the 2D engine, and not fringe items, if they want the game to grow in terms of sales

I fully agree, its a shame Jeff/Adam don't respond on here with their thoughts/reasons. We want wants best for the game, and want to help it strive and continue. I won't pretend to understand how easy it is to make the changes or look into what we've asked for, but its their decision.

Adam is the Community Manager, not a developer. I pass on messages to make sure what the majority of the community wants is heard.

I don't make the decisions on anything, but I'm also not going to talk out of turn about what features I've helped ensure be in past versions of FHM - and what features may come as well.

That being said, I'm going to close this thread for now. If there's something to update, I will happily and re-open it, but there's a giant FHM13 wish list thread that you can put your thoughts and opinions what you'd like to see in the future.

We are always listening and reading.
