I don't think the defense would be nearly as bad if the offense didn't constantly put them in crappy positions.

I am just thinking that maybe Millen has been pushed into doing things by those above him which turned out to be bad moves. Therefore maybe he isnt as at fault and not fired.

The pictures of the owners wife argument is also valid though.
