Whoever thinks Pokey Reese is even close to the player any of these guys are either needs to read some Bill James or lay off the crack rock.

Pokey Reese:

Career OPS: .670.

This year: .666.

Current EQA: .246.

Current major league second basemen with EQA's higher than .246: 24.

Current players with EQA's higher than .246: This is a guesstimate, but something in the neighborhood of 500. The Orioles alone have 13, and they're 12th in the AL in scoring.

Your definition of "solid with the bat" obviously extends down to players in the Midwest League.

Is there a reason why you're bumping these today?

It was a neat idea, and now we have more people to see them. I was going to make my own, but I found these instead.

Soriano for me as well.

Good bump Jax, I must've missed this poll the first time around.

I'm diggin' this Iguchi guy in Chicago...he definately required a little adjustment period at first, but he's shaping up to be pretty solid defensively, at the plate, and on the bags.
