Not bitter, just don't really care for the disrespect toward those who give of their free time to make something for you to use.

I don't do current sets anymore, so I couldn't care less who does and doesn't (and I didn't even when I WAS doing them)...you're allowed to do whatever you want. Just as I'm allowed to respond as I want.

By the way, I never heard back from on your fabricated scouting sources/info. Think how much support you would get if you would detail all the information they provide for you, and name names so people could see you weren't just blowing smoke. Heck, you'd be roster king.

Based on the many versions and many months of OOTP rosters that GForce has provided to this community, he has every right to rant. I've enjoyed what he has provided since OOTP 3.

well I did tell you to feel free to contact me anytime. I don't exactly hide the ways to get ahold of me. I have my IM id's in my profile as well as my main email addy. but honestly I don't care to be the roster king or to have support of people like you. I am doing the roster for my own personal use and then i will release it for anyone that cares to test drive it. but at the end of the day, i honestly couldn't care less who supports me, likes me, or if I am the "roster king". I am simply doing this for myself.

Once again,thanks to you guys doing the rosters. I've been patiently waiting to play with the rosters,I haven't even started a game till I get them. I could hang on for another couple of weeks,but please don't make it TOO much longer!

Yea actually I would. even though it's being done for my own satisfaction. I figured might as well share it with others too. if you think I am doing this for some kind of respect here or the approval of anyone? you are sadly mistaken. I could care less if anyone else ever downloaded it or liked it.

People who's rosters I trust

Halo fan
gforce
Erich & cubby fan (haven't used theirs yet but I trust the amount of time they are taking)

ozzie - I will try his, but by the way he complained about halo fans, I would doubt it will be any good. But I respect the effort because it takes time even if you are doing nothing but changing names

anyone else I forgot, my apologies to, but those are the most recent rosters I remember using.

when did I complain about anything Halo has done? I respect his work completely. the only thing I ever said to him was trying to convince him to add some more minor leaguers to his set last year. i felt his minor league setup could have used some more depth

With regards to the rosters. While I don't give out time frames for releases, I have offered this date to Marc as a date that I will have something released on the 5th anniversary of the date that I purchased OOTP3. So one way or another the roster will be released by that date if not earlier.

I respect your honesty and the hard work you and others are putting in developing the rosters

But at least Marc could have gave us a update, part of the reason i purchased the game was to have the game with a nice roster to start with

Well honestly no he can't give you an update for multiple reasons.

1. He isn't doing the rosters.
2. The company really can't sanction rosters as they don't have an mlb license.
3. He has down all the updates on the game itself, that is his job.

Now there will be a nice roster to start with and it will be here sooner than most think based on this poll.

See, that was my first thought. It may have been random and optimistic but that's what I was thinking. Then I heard July 7th for the patch release and there's my guess.
