Jared Walsh went 2 for 3 with two doubles and two walks, scoring twice, as the Jays beat the A's, 9-7.

Michael Siani got his first big league hit, and it was a key, two-run double to give the Jays the lead!

Zach Davies did a good job keeping the Jays in this while the hitters were dormant. Toronto didn't get a hit until the 7th when Valdimir Guerrero Jr. homered. However, they were still able to outlast the Royals and won, 3-2.

GCL Blue Jays retirements.

Brock Lindquist. He peaked at AAA. Drafted by the Jays back in 2017 in the 6th round.

Nick Wegmann. He never got above A ball, bouncing between 'affiliated' ball and the independents. Signed a minor league deal with the Jays in April of this year.

Pitching Coach Bill Castro. He only worked with the Jays for the one year, at the age of 69.
