What's your favorite change from OOTP 5 to OOTP 6?

I'm curious to find out what people have felt to be the best changes from OOTP5 to OOTP6

My favorite is the ability to adjust the size of the major league roster. Best benefit of this is allowing one to play with a smaller pitching staff if they want.

The new roster rules. Even though they aren't perfect yet, they are a huge step in the right direction for realism.

Ditto. Especially service time (assuming you'd consider that a "roster rule")
