Rule 5 DL Bug

If you take a player in the Rule 5 draft and then put him on the 60 Day DL you can't remove him. He can't go to the 25 man roster because he's not on the 40 man roster and can't be placed on the 40 man roster because he has to stay on the Major League Roster or DL all season (so says the game)

I don't know if this is known or not because you can't search for Rule or 5 or Bug.
