At the very start of the playoffs (the first day), for some reason the AI has prospects (I am assuming because of the 40man roster cuts), but generally quite a few 5 star prospects are placed on waivers.

Last playoffs there was 6 5 star prospects on the waiver wire.

its your player AI evaluation modifier that needs to be change...

i recommend 50% for rating, 10% current stats, 30% 2nd yr stats, 10% 3rd yr stats
