Minor league injury bug?
I have a player in AAA who is out for the season with a broken hip... except on his player card he it also says his effectiveness is 92%, in other words a day-to-day injury. This contradicts the broken hip out for season.
Anyway I left him in my AAA lineup and he is accumulating stats. Anyone else seen this?

What led you to believe that he was "Out"? Often, the news stories will infer that a player is out when, in fact, they are only day-to-day. My guess is that this is the case here and it would also explain why he's accumulating minor league stats. As long as he's orange and not red, you can still play him just fine (though he may have an increased chance of further injury in the majors).

V6
It also recorded the injury as out for season in his player history.

Yep, the game is definitely treating him as day-to-day then. Sounds like a little glitch in the injury reporting system.

I'm sure a kind, friendly beta guy (like Sporr) will bring this to Markus' attention.

Anyway to complete the story of this player... he was a 5star 24 year old prospect. I left him in the lineup at AAA because I thought that perhaps if I brought him up he might really 'become injured'. So he played the entire season at AAA putting up great numbers. Next season I call him up and he hits .278 31 116, leading my team to the post season and winning the ROY as a 25 year old .
