Feedback Why managers cannot lose jobs in regular career mode

Maybe in a later version of the game or even a patch to v6 why is it that every other coach or scout or minors manager can lose thier job or look for a new job but the team Manager is just a field that you fill in at the setup screen. Could this be included in a patch during the coaches/scouts hiring portion of the offseason? And could some retired players become managers/coaches if you wanted to? Just wondering of these are some of the things being worked on

Well because you act as the Manager, so if the manager gets fired you get fired. However, if you play in Manager Mode, you can be fired.
