HTML Help
Hey all. First, I am not looking to offend anyone who takes pride in their site building expertise. It is not my intention to insinuate that your skill is an easy one.
I believe that through some time consuming study and practice that I may be able to learn how to build a website, and I am looking for a little help. I've been reading some online tutorials, and have a VERY BASIC understanding of how things work; but am thirsting more knowledge. I am in no rush, and want to take my time and construct a great league and site at some point in the future (I'm probably looking ahead to OOTP 7 - but the education starts now). So here is what I am asking for..... 1. Links to a better, more thorough, and more up to date tutorial(s) on site building/HTML. 2. A finished product. By this I mean a site that someone wouldn't mind me studying with to see it all in action. To see where pictures are placed, and how they are read "behind the scenes", and how that transfers onto the web. I would prefer if someone would throw me a page of their baseball site; but really anything that I can get a working visualizition would be fine. Please E-Mail this to KansasCity@comcast.net Thanks guys/gals |

So I shouldn't learn HTML first ? Was concerned I wouldn't be able to fully understand a product like dreamweaver or Front Page without a basic knowledge of site building. Am I wrong on this ?

I highly recommend Dreamweaver. I knew nothing of webdesign before I created the Maelstrom site. DW taught me nearly everything that I know.
