FORGOT serial number

I had OOTP25 installed and the hard drive went bad. I was able to get OOTP to release the license for use on another machine. But I can't find the serial number saved anywhere on my other PC.

How do I get the serial number. :confused. I tried submitting a ticket but that page only let me look at old tickets.

Go to OOTP wiki and look for “managing your license”. There is a portal link there for a site that will resend the license number to the email that bought the game.
