Facegen problem again

Can someone explain me why is there still a problem with facegen ? So i've downloaded a megapack containing facegen for players and when i simulate some just vanished and it becomes a default face attributed to a player who had a facegen. Is there anyway to fix this if so please tell me because im tired of having this issue and regenerate my whole time faces that are supposed to have the correct picture attributed. I've bought version 11 thinking this issue was going to be fixed since my whole purpose of playing this is immersion and i just can't play it without them. Please help ...

just to confirm a few settings in FHM11


- in the main game settings > Facegen screen, confirm you have "enable facegen" enabled
- in your saved game, in the File > Setup/Options > Facegen tab, what option(s) are checked? I only have "load photos from global directory"


in terms of where the files are stored:
- files ending in .fg are stored in the game home folder > fg_files folder
- for player photos that end in .png, images need to be 170x154 in size and I keep in saved_games > [league-name] > graphics > players_pics

I exactly have the same settings and files are located in the correct folders, the only thing that differs is that im using fg_files in my save instead of photos files.

So i've noticed they seem to change face when they change between home and away jerseys ... not all of them but still i always end up delete the content in the player pic profile of the save game and then i see which one of them is bugging out after the clearing of the files.

i don't know if you need the fg files to be like a normal picture png, example Sidney_Crosby_7_8_1987_away but it would be make sense since they are changing between normal and away pictures. That is what i noticed so far in the picture folder of the save game.

i just don't get it please help i spend my whole time reloading the pictures file and this make my experience very unpleasent.

Is there any way to maybe auto reload all the picture at once for all the players in the save game ?

If you go into the 'player_pics' folder in your save game, that is effectively the games cache for player images (including facegens), select all of those and delete (whilst the game is closed) then it should force the game to re-create them all next time you open.
