New Feature Request: Importing and Exporting Databases

One thing I like to do upon booting up a historic save is enable Commissioner Mode so that I can turn the world into that of my NHL All Stars universe. Currently, though, that means editing every individual player one by one, which could take a while. On top of that, retired players can't be edited, meaning I'd have to assign a new father for the player I rename.

As such, I would like for the ability to export and import saved game databases to be added into FHM 12. If not, then maybe a save editor could be created for a similar purpose.
