Beyond that, and your scout may find guys, he just won't sign them. Not realistic, but it's a game mechanic. Better option would be releasing the worst guy of the fifty there, some 20/20 with no ratings projected above 35, if lightning strikes and you spot a 20/60 prospect in the wild. But if that's not an option: at least an email. This is the scout's job, someone should be managing that complex and giving you a heads up.
