Am I doing somthing wrong?

Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but when playing a historical exhibition, I can't seem to change the players position in the lineup screen. I want to change a couple players from Left Field to D.H. but the game will not let me. Whenever I try to change a player's position, it just defaults back to the original position.

I apologize if this makes no sense.

But it seems not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any help.

Look along the top in the pre game screen. There drop downs for who is in charge of certain things like Offensive strategy, baserunning, pitching strategy, etc.

Make sure you are in control and not the AI.
