How To Exit Dead Tournament, Please

I am new and cannot find a "search forum" magnifying glass. I did look at the Knowledge Base and couldn't find this issue being addressed in the past. So if this question has been answered before, my apologies. Anyhow, I have been signed up for the Q-Iron-to-Bronze-16-ID91 tournament since early yesterday morning, however, it has been stuck at 4/16 signups all day yesterday and last night through 'til this morning.. No one is signing up for it, and I would like to pull out so I can sign up for another one that is active. I have never run into this problem before. It seems strange. How do I get out of this dead tournament? I do not see a button that would allow me to do so, and it is keeping me from going to an active tournament. Please help. Thanks in advance?

P.S. Well, I was able to sign up for another tourney today, although the one alluded to here still shows as 4/16. Still, if anyone knows how I can clear out of this, I would appreciate it.

If you expand the name of the tournament there should be a withdraw button in the lower left. See screenshot.
