New laptop ..can't play

License key was accepted and the icon is on the taskbar. Can't play. Doesn't show PLAY GAME.

Can you explain a little more what's happening? When you say it doesn't show Play Game, where is it that you do not see that? There typically isn't a play game button that I know of, so not exactly sure what you're looking at...

Hi.
I installed 24. It asked for the key and it was accepted. Then on the upper left side it would ask to start a new game. That wasn't on the screen. Now, since I used the key a second time, I may have to buy game again.

There's no need to buy a new game at any rate, if needed we can always reset your license activations.

Can you post a screenshot of what the start screen looks like for you?

Lukas, just bought game again and installed perfectly.
