What am I doing wrong?

Hi all,

I started a 12 team league for fun with real players. I started my season and I am the GM and Manager of one of the team. I have full control on my team, but for some reasons, the game keeps calling back Lance Lynn from my AAA team even if I send him back every day....its really anoying! My "right to refuse demotion" option is off so I don,t know what I am doing wrong....any ideas?

THere is a setting in I think Manager Settings where you can be GM, or GM and Manager. If you're not both, the GM will make personnel decisions.

Look in the Strategy, then. SOmetimes you don't have full control.

On the Settings screen for your team, you can disable AI roster moves. That shouldn’t be necessary, as you are the GM and field manager. But it can’t hurt. I use it for teams where I have made roster changes as Commissioner.

Another thought is, why not shop Lance Lynn? IRL he always seems to over-valued, based on his diminishing skill set and advancing girth. Maybe the AI will make the same mistake, and you can acquire a useful player.
