Balanced Baseball League recruiting for second season

Balanced Baseball League is an OOTP 24 12-team fictional league moving into its second season looking to fill a few vacancies.

The rules in our league are designed to keep players moving from team-to-team and ensure everyone has a similar budget. As such, we have a maximum contract length of 5 years, 1 year less control of rookies and we do not allow extensions. Our financial settings are such that a. All revenue is available. b. The range of revenues in 2023 was only $205 million - $217 million.

Other settings we have is that the draft consists entirely of college players and they typically don't take more than a season or two to develop.
