Transfer offer question

Can you make a transfer offer for one of your players to another team outside your league? If so, how?

I'm playing a European team save for the first time in FHM. Is there a way to offer up one of my players to another team outside the league I'm in (Sweden division 2).

You wish there was one

However, you can set up your players up for transfer, but it's very hard that you'll get any offer. It works best if you do on July 1st
