Can't Assign Fictional Contracts

I just set up a fictional league in build 39. After the inaugeral draft, all players were assigned league minimum contracts (with varying arbitration timelines). When I try to assign fictional contracts using the command under League Settings, the contracts do not update. The financial system is enabled, with MLB default settings.

I also encountered the same issue in build 42. I tried a bunch of things including the "assign fictional contract to players" function and releasing + reassigning all players, but to no avail: league minimum contracts across the board.

Edit: just tried another fictional league again, and it appeared to have worked. I'm not 100% sure the previously mentioned league was created in build 42 so this may already be fixed? Or it doesn't happen every single save.

If you have a save that shows this, please feel free to upload and we can have a look. I know in some earlier build we had issues with assigning service time, and have fixed some issues in some releases, but if you are still seeing it please let us know.
