OOTP GO Tournament problem

I was trying to enter a tournament but every time I go in (and I tried several of my accounts) I see the tournaments and then they flicker/blink off I tried refreshing the screen and it happens again.

This is happening to me as well on iPad since updating to the latest patch. The tournaments appear on screen for about a second then disappear for good.
Most annoying as tournament play is my only way of earning packs.

We are looking into reports of blank tournament/perfect draft screens. Can you both (and anyone else seeing the issue) please let us know what mobile OS or device you're running. I have a Pixel 6 XL running Android 13 and I don't see that so it may be apple only or a certain OS only.

The error was caused by the update to the third party framework which fixed the PT crashes on iOS. I've reverted the framework which fixes this issue and will have a hotfix out soon, but it unfortunately means the reintroduction of the PT reconnection crash until we get a fix from the third party provider.

I first noticed this about 45 minutes ago. Up until then it was working fine.

I have an IPad 7th generation running IOS. 15.6.1

Wasn’t happening before that, I don’t think, the tournament page is one of my least favorite pages in the entire game. You sign up for a tournament and it slings you all the way to the top or even somewhere random

Same for me started in the last day or so, iPad Pro (2nd Gen) 10.5 on current iOS 15.6.1

I have noticed I can click the ‘Reset Filters’ option in the top right corner of the different tournament pages and they will blip into view for a second or so before vanishing again.

If you are lucky and have the pc version you can run your tournaments ok on there

Unfortunately that’s not an option for me. While frustrating I do understand there is only so much regression testing you can do with a new software release.

Ok all fixed now, I released a hotfix build and was also able to not have to reintroduce the PT crashes

As soon as you download the hotfix patch it'll work

Usually uodates are done by Apple.
