DFA'd player remains on 40 man roster

Hi, I noticed while doing some tests that various players got continually DFA'd. I paid attention to it specifically in this save (uploaded to the FTP as HoustonGMDFAIssue.zip) with Alex Jackson on the Brewers. Once a week or so, he was getting DFA'd. I then also noticed that while DFA'd he remained on the 40 man roster and remembered I had posted this issue last year (https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=331615). It seems to still be occurring. The league files I uploaded are at a state where Jackson is currently DFA'd and on the 40 man.

The players this occurs too also happen to be players that the team ends up DFAing frequently - I'm sure partially related because they never leave the 40 man.

Not sure if this is related but I've noticed the transactions are reported differently on the log:

Kansas City Royals: RP Angel Zerpa was designated for assignment, placed on waivers and taken off the secondary (40-man) roster.
Philadelphia Phillies: RP Jeff Singer was designated for assignment, placed on waivers and taken off the secondary (40-man) roster.
San Diego Padres: C Jorge Alfaro was designated for assignment and placed on irrevocable waivers.

Just uploaded a new league file to the ftp site: HGM-DFAIssue-2

This is on Opening Day, and there's a whole bunch of guys - average 2-3 per team - that were DFA'd yet are still on the 40 man roster. Obviously this just unnecessarily exposes them to waivers and while for the most part the AI doesn't claim them and they remain on their team and on the 40 man, this shouldn't be happening.
