draft lottery happening twice
is anyone else seeing the draft lottery happen in the winter meetings then again in the rule 5 draft? or is this something i have messed up in my sim

No was just going to report this after finishing my second season. Notice it during the first season but shrugged it off. Now it happened again.

First lottery happens at the winter meetings. Then the lottery is ran again after the rule 5 draft.
