Change Screen Resolution

I have a new computer and need to change the game's resolution. How can I do that?

That won't work. I am using a 4K tv as a monitor, but the new computer is only 1080. So the game is too big for the screen. I know I saw somewhere in-game to change the resolution but can not find it now.
