Unable to edit European Leagues and Olympic Breaks when there're no Olympics

Hello,

I wanted to play a GM in the german top league DEL and found myself unable to edit the league. Doesn't work on July 1st with Commisioner Mode enabled. I can edit the NHL without any problem but no European Leagues.

Additionally there are 3 week Olympic breaks in every season.
If savegames are needed I can provide them, would love to see these issues fixed as they limit the playability of the league.

It would be great being able to edit number of contracts etc..
Some leagues have 75 or 50 contract limit DEL has 32 which very low
It was possible to do this in FHM7 why not this game?
