1: Real Spring Training schedules: Grapefruit and Cactus Leagues, please!

2: Career split stats on the player screen as well as individual season.

3: Names (as appropriate, I know the Yankees don't do them) and numbers on the backs of the uniform in game.

Another minor but incredibly annoying thing: When sorting a stat from atop a list, it often sends me to the middle of the list. Happens every time you put in a new filter or do certain things to your view, so you have to scroll all the way back with every change you make.

This is sometimes caused by whichever player is selected, or if the new sort has more players. Either way, it is annoying.

You can. Go to the personnel page and on the person you want to move, go to AVAILABLE ACTIONS. Then they can be moved wherever you like, with the person they are replacing moved to the position they have vacated.

Note, this club in the screenshot has no minors yet. if it did, all of the levels would be available.

I would LOVE to see a little bit of improvement in the Player of the Game stat (been calling for this for awhile as well). Tracking it would be great, but I also would love the ability to override the game's decision of a Player of the Game, because every once in awhile, it's not the statistically best player.

Example-->
My pitcher pitched 8 innings with like 7 strikeouts and 2 earned runs. When he came out, we were winning 3-2.
In the top of the ninth, the closer gave up a run to tie it up and go to extra innings. Two innings later in the bottom of the 11th, my second baseman who was like 1 for 4 that day went YARD with a walk off homer to win the game.
Afterward, my pitcher was still player of the game because statistically he had a better game, but in real life, the second baseman should have had it.

The AI choosing it is great almost every time, but every once in awhile, you need the human touch and I'd like to be able to override it with a choice of my own

And I feel like, in my mind of being completely ignorant about computer programming, it wouldn't be too hard as there already the option of editing the Game Recap

Never tried before, but you can really only have two subleagues? There's so much customization, this seems like it would be a no brainer

While I agree with this, I would prefer if they first add the ability to edit the Playoff Series MVP's. Some of the picks the AI makes just totally blow me away. A guy with 8 AB's and 4 hits in a 7 game series (just a defensive sub) gets MVP because he hit .500? No thanks.

But even before that, there has to be an easier way to track them. Just as one can view a list of CY Young Winners by season, Playoff MVP Winners displayed by season would also be a nice addition.

And please track Manager of the Year Awards and allow us, the user, to vote on Manager of the Year.

When a batters at the plate have a point of reference for results of his AB's for the current game.
Maybe a small diamond as used in scorebooks with simple entries such as;

x2 - all sorts of bugs re Draft among other things, which is such a shame because Association play opens up so many universe possibilities.

They've said in the past that they aren't going to improve them, unfortunately.

My main suggestions have been previously talked about:
1. Realistic system to simulate Cubans going from Cuban league to MLB, via defections or whatnot. There are some workarounds, for example where you enable free agency in Cuba, but it's not how that league works and you still need to do some tweaking to get MLB quality players from there.
2. Including Negro Leagues in random debut, which would probably need improved real-life statistical records so the players themselves would rate higher.
3. All-star team selections without playing the game (for example, post-season all-stars).
