UI Going backwards

Is the UI really what's in the screen shots on steam?

It looks awful, it looks like a mobile app.

Other than reports, any options to reskin the game completely (doubtful but it looks really bad)

It looks the same to me, just with rounded tabs.

It's literally the same as last year, except for those tabs.

Doesn't mean I like the style. I very much prefer how the game looked four, five years ago.

Yes, that includes that the blocks for fielding, hitting, and running & various stats were in the correct order then, too. (angrily thumps floor with his cane)

I see the point with the spaced out tabs better fit for touch screens...as long as they don't make us have to scroll more to make room for bulkier buttons. Not quite sure why they would do that, but will have to try it out to know for sure...difference likely is nominal. Probably has something to do with various resolution options?

The UI improvements have been a major highlight of the last few editions IMO.

The rounded tabs IMHO looks bad on the steam screenshots...but I'll get used to them.
