Goalie Major Roles

The choices are "standard goalie" and "Puck Handling" goalie. You are missing "starting goalie" and maybe even "backup goalie". I had starting goalies from FMH6 and when I went to adjust one it isn't even an option. They didn't like it. lol.
I am enjoying the game though.

They were changed for 7, the old major role types didn't fit into the way the tactics were incorporated into the 2D system. The supplemental roles should be adjustable though, I'll have a look at that.

As an old goalie, "starting" or "backup" are very very important roles and much more realistic than "standard" and "puck handling". Puck handling isn't even a thing, it is a skill. If I could suggest .... add the "starting" and "backup" along with "standard"; for another option; and get rid of "puck handling" all together. Or even keep all 4.
I am continuing a game from FHM6; and I was playing around with roles. I took off starting goalie , which they didn't like, and then couldn't put back on. They still do not like. lol.

I think that stick handling role has potential. What would be cool, is if a goalie... let's say Mike Smith, who is a good puck handler, will he, if given a rare opportunity, try for a goal on an empty net?

In all the games I've played, the few different simulations ive played over the years, I've never once seen a goalie make an attempt at an empty net goal.
