Players from my team gets released

Hey i am relative new to FHM 6. I think its a great game but i have one problem. My players gets released without my permission.

It has happend for me with Beli Tigri Liberec in Czech Republic second Season and now it happens with GKS Katowice in Poland.

I attend you two screenshot where you can see this. Maybe its my fault oder maybe its a bug ?

What Team Control Settings are you using (on the Manager Options screen)? Anything set to Assistant, or are you controlling everything?

Scouting, Setting Training, Setting Lineups, Tactics & Rooster Moves Assistant

If you have the Assistant doing Roster Moves, they can release players.
