OOTP21 Opening day Roster Set

When can we expect the 1st patch to include updated roster set/transactions when opening day is March 26th with all 30 teams playing this season ? Perhaps a patch updated on the 27th ?

Edit: Most teams will make opening day decisions at game time if injuries or last minute trades/waivers happen.

However, I suppose it doesn't matter for those using the live start option.

I have been playing a modern MLB Universe, and like to start the first year with a roster set that is as close-to-real life as possible going into that initial season.

As I imagine the release date rosters will be pretty good, I'd hope that we could get this updated within the first patch or so.
