HOF league set up?

I haven’t gotten far enough in my fictional league to start a Hall of Fame. I am wondering what the status of HOF is in OOTP 20. Is there a separate HOF for each league or is it now combined? In OOPT 18 is was separate but I was reading in the forum that ‘19 was combined (I didn’t buy ‘19). Could someone please help with an explanation? Thank you.

pretty sure it's per ML-level league... otherwise, it'd be 'guiness' and not a hof. there's only 1 settings page related to these options. i don't recall it changing.

That is what I thought. I just wish there was an option to have league separate or combined HOF
