can you set the date in a league

I'd like to restart my league back a few years, can this be done. I'm in year 1969 and i'd like to set it back to 1965 . If you can't do this, then how can i save my league and restart it to 1965.
Can this be done with a quick start by saving it as quick start and then setting up a new league using the quick start in the year 1965,.

Is there a way to save my league with the players on each time and divisions then import it to a new league that you start.

No. There is no way to do this.
Just start a new Historical League 1965.
