My very first regular season game managing the Rouen Huskies in the French league. Kender Villegas started. He threw eight innings of one-hit ball and 110 pitches. The next day, he is shown as 90 percent rested!

Okay, I figured out what's wrong. On the Stats & AI screen, Pitcher Stamina for the CDL is set at "High". If one knew only that French teams use two-man starting rotations, that would make sense. It ceases to make sense when one adds the additional fact that games are scheduled only for weekends. Changing stamina to the more plausible "Low" reduces Villegas to a more plausible state of exhaustion.

The French get 5 weeks of vacation time by law and drink wine with dinner. They are all well rested.

Bien évidemment, but the French baseball season is over by August.
