Finding a Leader?

As far as I know, there's no way to search on personality types, so if you're playing with owner goals and they ask you to find a leadership type, there isn't a simple search. Am I wrong?

That's right, you are wrong.

In this view, I was able to sort by Leadership and find several players with Captain personalities. Whether they can play baseball is another matter, however, which may account for their continued availability in the Free Agent Pool.

Juggernt did say "search" and if he was referring to this mechanism, no, it does not provide the capability to search by personality:

But as I showed previously, you can use list sorting to accomplish the same purpose.
