True. Closest are the Florida Fire Frogs based in Kissimmee which is about 20-25 miles away. There are some east coast teams closer than that like the Brooklyn Cyclones and the Tampa Tarpons. Shortest distance I could find between non-rookie league teams was Clearwater and Dunedin which are only 5 miles apart (!) so Orlando is pretty far by those standards.

It's not that I'm being too picky. What I am trying to accomplish is finding that "untapped market" that is large enough to support a MLB team while, at the same time, trying NOT to displace an already established MiLB franchise.
