Playing Same League on More Than One Computer

Hi everyone, hope all are well. Can anyone tell me the best way to play the same league on more than one computer and, MOST IMPORTANT, not lose ANYTHING. Not even a simple news item??? I know you can transfer leagues by just doing... IIRC 3 or 4 files. But I was missing some stuff (or it seemed anyway) like injury reports were off and stuff. So I've thought about it what I'm thinking now is just do the whole save folder. Whatever is in there gets copied, everything, and moved to other computer. (Transfer speed is not an issue as it's only about 2GB, maybe less. Takes seconds. It was much, much longer when I had my almanacs in there but I simply moved them out and now it takes seconds). BUT, because I'm anal and don't want to lose ANYTHING, I thought I'd ask here. Anything outside of that folder that I need to ensure I get everything in my league with complete records?

Install Google Drive on both computers. Manually add the OOTP file directory on main computer. Google will constantly back it up live if your on the internet.

On multiple computers either login to the cloud download that directory or again install the desktop app and sync the folder down to the additional computer.

If all your computers with OOTP installed on them are pointing to the Google Drive OOTP folder all of your installs will always be in sync as long as you have internet connection.

Plus Google Drive they give you 15gb for free while 100gb cost $3 a month.

I did this with my Pillars of Eternity 1 file save directory.
