jfb8300 Minors (Double A) Join Date: Apr 2012 Posts: 134	Coaching progression AI needs to promote coaches from within their organization to fill vancies, rather than hire inexperienced coaches right in to AAA. It sucks to look at coaching histories of guys with 15+ years experience and see that it was all spent as a hitting coach in A ball. Additionally, it would be cool to be able to see a coaches primary team (as a player) on his main attribute page and as a filter.
