Editing IFA Money?

In my online league, a member claimed to have a phantom offer extended to an IFA prospect in which he signed. The IFA agreed to the deal which in turn put the team over the IFA hard cap and will penalize him going forward.

I've agreed to reset the contract, but how/where do I go to edit the amount of money spent on IFA for this particular team so they are not penalized in next years class? I looked in the edit finances screen, but did not see anything pertaining to IFA's.

Any help would be appreciated.

i don't know of anythign in game you can do to fix that...

you'd have to hand-control any negotiations he would have the following year and keep in in-line wiht rules. can't send players to int'l complex with profile editor, so you'd have to plop them into MiL too... not a great situation.

sounds like someone forgot to hit withdraw and can't admit to mistakes

although, someone else had a recent post about similar things with int'l ama fa contracts, i think. it too was an online league.

ask if anyone thinks they are missing an offer made. could find some translocation error in the data.
