Lineups changing

So I recently made a trade and called up a player and now all my lineups are out of whack. It only happens in the games, my lineup screen is normal but in the games the lineups are bizarre. I don't have 7 day lineups on and my players aren't tired and it's not because of the "start every 6th day" because all my players are set to "only start when starter tired'. any advice?

What was the issue? I see this from time to time as well.
