Historical lineups

I am finding various issues with players assigned to the reserved roster but should be on the major league rosters and in a historical lineup. The game states lineups are correctly assigned. I use 25 man roster limit and historical lineups and transactions turned on. I did not see these issues in ootp17.

If you're using as played lineups, then you should have no roster limits by default (meaning no reserve roster).
