Newbie questions

I just got OOTP17 last night and I have a couple questions about the draft.
I'm starting with last years MLB season. I got tot the draft and wanted each MLB team to draft who they actually drafted last June. Am I able to do that? I just did the auto draft just to get through it. I will start a new season tonight.
Once I got through the draft, I couldn't figure out how to sign my players. I looked just about everywhere.
Lastly, I didn't see how to sign international players. I thought it would give me a heads up on July 2 but nothing came up.

I don't think OOTP has the draft prospects from the most recent year. I could be wrong but I don't think it does. The day after the draft if you click on the league tab at the top of the screen and in red writing it should say negotite with draftees. International signing doesn't take place till a month a two later and you can find it the same way.

You should be able to make all of the selections manually yourself. It will take some time. I would also check the mods sub-forum to see if anyone has a way to automate it.
