Problems with minor league teams

I created an expansion (brought back the expos and added an additional team in portland) I noticed that all of my expos minor league teams except AA and AAA didn't begin their season's until late June and finished their season's the following year in late June. Any ideas why?

Also, I generated a random schedule which did away with interleague play ????

yeah expansion will screw with your schedules. You'll have to import a schedule that has interleague for your league size. Look at the schedule mods to find one.
