Automatic transactions

After a new "game" has already started, where can you look to see if you have the automatic historical transactions turned on.
I thought I set it up this way at the beginning, but it allowed me to make a waiver claim on a player and i'm not sure I should have been able to do that.

Go to League Settings, Rules tab... if "enable trading" is checked under Trading Rules, then you do not have historical transactions enabled. If you have it enabled, then "enable trading" is grayed out/doesn't appear.

Edit: In the picture Paul shows above, you will not see the "use historical transactions" checkbox at all if they are not enabled when the game starts. Instead, it looks like this...

Looks like somehow I didn't get AUTOMATIC TRANSACTIONS.
Thanks guys for the help.
Tim to start over.
I seem to have problems when creating a game using the historical wizard, and then when I go to some of the advance settings I lose some of the settings I had chosen earlier in the process.

If you are creating the game with the wizard, there is no reason to go to Advanced Settings. Just complete the wizard. If there are other settings that you want to change, such as disabling league evolution or storylines, go to league settings after your league is created (but before advancing a day) to make those changes.
