Owner raised my budget

raising of budget has been in OOTP16 but it certainly a good feature to get a half way decent owner

Really? After the budget was set at the end of the previous season? I must have played 500 hours and a 100 or more seasons of 16 and never saw that. Got it in literally the first off season in 17...

Oh well, still cool

in OOTP16 I have had the owner raise my budget several seasons a few times lower the budget too

I think it either has to be new, or pretty rare. I've never seen that happen before in the preseason, but agree it's pretty cool. Although if they cut the budget in the preseason I wouldn't be happy!

I've played ootp for the most part with only one particular owner. One incredibly cheap owner who only wants me to reduce my payroll at every turn.

In one of my saves last year my fan interest was so high my owner raised my budget every season and I became the Yankees.

Yes, your owner will re-evaluate your budget at the start of pre-season and might raise or lower it now
