Starting a Baseball league with existing salaries

I have a 24 team baseball league that already has negotiated salaries, sometimes 9 or 10 years out. Is there a way to get those salaries into the OOTP salary system? Then let the OOTP system take over from there?

I am not sure if there is an automated way to do it. I do not know if the contract information is export/importable. I would post in the mods forums/roster subforum. I think they will have the expertise to know for sure.
