				License lost?

My daughter wiped her computer while she was in Thailand, I gave her this computer and it still had one of my licenses for OOTP15. How can I get that license back.

			Thanks.

I assume that you or your daughter have access to the computer. Make sure you have your serial number so you can re-license the game. If you don't start up OOTP and select a league. From the drop downs at the top of the screen select File>help>about OOTP. Your serial number is there. Copy it down.

Now go to the start screen again and select "settings" on bottom right. 4th box over on the pop up is "license" click it and click "release license/unlicense." Load OOTP on different computer and license it with your serial number. Done. Last edited by DCG12; 07-05-2014 at 05:42 PM. |

Yeah not so much as the 4th box over on the pop up is "expert". Nothing about license.

Yes, the serial number will be in the email.

			Never lose that email.

What you now need to do is to submit a support ticket and kindly ask the gentleman that handles license issues to reset your license. In your ticket, be sure to include your OOTP 15 License Key as well as the email address you used when purchasing OOTP 15.

Yes, go to support.ootpdevelopments.com to get your serial # released from that computer.

And if anyone ever loses their serial #, they can always retrieve it here: https://store6.esellerate.net/store/...t/Default.aspx Hope that helps. - Brad Quote:

Sorry to bump this, I cannot recover my OOTP 10 or 6/6.5 codes. I did recover my ootp 14 and 15. Every email I enter keeps telling me no record with esellerate. Anyone help?
